At Glassefy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.
Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items purchased on sale or as part of a promotion.
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
